The old bait and switch. These guys are horrible. Went in to buy a used car, and was told that the finance person would get us financing at a great rate and they would call us the next day. They never called. And when we called, of course it was the finance guys day off. So they quoted us some incredialbe rate that even the goverment couldn't afford. I wouldn't buy a toaster from these guys!
