This is a great place to take your pet if you want to be quickly seperated from your money. The staff is nice enough but the yearly plan is a sham. Their prices are inflated so they can brag about how much money you are being saved by using the plan. Its a crock!\r

The waiting area is inside the busy, noisy PetSmart so its a lousy place for shy pets and only adds to the anxiety. You will see someone different every time you go so continuity of care goes out the window. While your pet is being examined they are punching buttons on the computer so you are lucky if you are being looked at or paid attention to. But don't worry - while they are updating your digital chart your fees are being racked up!\r
