I needed a new router. Hypertech is near home, so I decided to give them a shot.
I walked in the door and someone asked me what I needed. I told the guy I needed a new wireless router and how I'd be using it.
He turned around, pulled a box off the shelf and told me it would do the job. He said he had a more expensive option, but that he'd recommend this one.
It's a ""mystery brand"" product, but it cost about 1/2 of what Best Buy wants for an equivalent. Over a year later and still problem-free.
Noted repair services and prices along with other product prices during the five minutes I was in the store. Extremely competitive.
Pros: Avoid the horrors of Big Box shopping.
Cons: None noted.
