Great, Friendly service 10/21/2011

The sales staff was very helpful in explaining how to set up my new router. They even allowed me to call them several times for help during setup. I have never experienced a company so willing to help, especially because I only bought one small thing. I am by far not one of their biggest customers, but they treated me like I was a VIP. more

The best computer store for miles around. No question that they are the best in the Kansas City area. Their prices are good and their personal attention is even better. fast and for the most part reliable service that is cheaper than anywhere else around. Staff is not always that knowledgeable as you would like them to be but overall you get what you pay for. Store is a little junky but good selecetion of products and some otherwise hard to find stuff. more

Great little local computer store. 8/19/2005

One of the greatest testaments to Hypertech's products and services is how much they have expanded since opening. They used to be a tiny little shop, but have since expanded and taken over the two adjacent lots in the shopping center. They have friendly, knowledgeable staff that will help you build a computer, or upgrade one, according to your needs, and not according to the amount of profit they will make. I highly recommend it if you want to deal locally. more
