Friendly technicians. Carlo and Joe did a great job. Didn't take long. I've never liked steam cleaning because it takes too long to dry and sometimes the water gets down to the pad. We liked the results and will use them again. We bought some of the cleaner to use for spot cleaning and it has worked well too.
