I took a watch in for repair. It took days to get an estimate, in which Ariel insited he would call me at 10am Monday morning. I was the one who had to initiate all the calls to Ariel. I was put off several times...he had to do this, he had to do that, he never called when he said he would. The back and forth was ridiculous. I just went and picked up the unrepaired watch...who has time for such nonsense. I'm sorry it wasn't a $50K watch I was purchasing from you, Ariel. But, maybe this can be a lesson for you on how NOT to treat a customer. When I do purchase 10+ watches for my staff this December, I'll be sure and take my business elsewhere.
