I've tried a couple of car services in my new neighborhood and gave kingsdale a couple of shots. First was a ride to Newark Airport - Driver showed up 15 minutes late, attempted to get schedual a return trip from the airport and was told to call after I landed (it would take them 1hr to get to the airport). Final straw was needed to catch an early flight to Laguardia and was told they couldn't pick me up until after 5 (this was when trying to reserve the previous day).
Pros: Relatively price competitive
Cons: Limited availability, rude dispatchers
