first off, they are not responsive to your questions or if you need help once they got your money. they could care less if you leave voice messages or send emails for days. but the main frustration with this property started when they failed to let me know my dog is on the restricted breed list. after 2 weeks of living there they told me that I violated my lease and had to move out. this is despite the fact that I clearly disclosed the breed both on my application and on the pet agreement. it took me a while to negotiate a reasonable solution to the issue. thankfully, I have a lawyer friend that walked me through the process. On top of it all, they gave my assigned parking spot in the garage to a new tenant before I even moved out. This was an experience from hell.
