Ruined Fathers day... They claim to have valet parking. When we arrived in front there was no valet and no parking available in front. I double parked and we asked the woman at the outside desk where thier valet service was. She told us around the corner, a block & a half away. No big deal for most, but a big deal for someone with emphysema and arhritis. We went and left the car with the valet and walked to Gol. The same person we just talked to now informs us that they are overbooked ( we arrived at 8PM for an 8 PM confirmed reservation) and turned us away. What a bunch of inconsiderate jerks
