Honestly, what do yo expect from sales people who are getting paid $9.00 an hour to listen to customers complain about how confusing the store is 100 times a day. Sales people have to not only ""sell"" but they have to clean up after hundreds of people, create price tags, design, change sofa covers, fix furniture, make beds.... the list goes on and on.
