I have rented from Emerald for the past year. When I first came into the office to find a property I was met with a greeting and a smile. Eventhough my questions seemed to never end the receptionist never made me feel like I was taking too much of her time. Gosh I must have been there for an hour! When she didn't have the answer to the question she was willing to ask somone or even look it up. I will admit that it did take a day for the people who show the places to get back to me on seeing the properties, but neither of the properties I wanted to see were ready to be looked at. They scheduled me as soon as the property was ready to go into. When I call for any reason my call is given to the right person the first time ( didn't happen when I was with other companies in the area). I have never had a problem getting a return phone call from anyone. I have had to call maintenance a few times and someone is out at my house either same day or the following day. I am very happy with their service and love my home. I would reccommend their company over anyother. I love coming in the lady is very nice at the front desk and very helpful and all of the staff are very professional. GREAT COMPANY!
