We love this place. The best rooms are on the bottom floors (you go downstairs) because the patio is larger. They have a great view of the bay and Morro rock. The on site managers have wonderful character. They have a jacuzzi that we've used, but not my favorite part. I just love the unassuming looks on the outside and comfortable and quiet rooms. Reasonably priced
