When you're the only dealership in the city that can service MINI's (free for 3yr/36k miles), you can pull the strings on the consumer puppets. I am so frustrated with this dealership. \r
My parents bought a BMW suv from them a couple years, and they have had nothing but bad things to say about them. They have had the electronic throttle/main computer shut down while driving numerous times- every time BMW refusing to pay for it. The rear passenger windows fell into the socket, and again, BMW simply says "That happens" ($500 per window later).\r

I looked at MINI's here on their lot, and like the review I read, they lied about their price. The MSRP on the vehicle I was looking at was around $23,800, and after it was all said and done, they forgot to mention they added a $600 alarm system I'd have to pay for. Refusing, I left the dealership without a MINI. Luckily, I found an exceptional dealership with exactly what I wanted (Motor City MINI). \r
