We have had them come out 5 times to exterminate our house for bedbugs. They were on time and courtious but we seem not to have made any progress! I have had no furniture for 6mos and still have a problem. Whatever they are using is not effective and they continue to do the same thing each time! I feel hopeless that I will ever get rid of these!
