We have had them come out 5 times to exterminate our house for bedbugs. They were on time and courtious but we seem not to have made any progress! I have had no furniture for 6mos and still have a problem. Whatever they are using is not effective and they continue to do the same thing each time! I feel hopeless that I will ever get rid of these! more

terrible service. terrible company. terrible experience 1/30/2009

The worker cam to my house late, not a huge deal. I had a slight ant problem. He said he woudl take care of it, never did. The owner came out and he couldn't solve the problem either. He seemed crazy. Cons: answered the phone more
