Set up online and scheduled my delivery within a few minutes. Only had to wait two days for delivery so got it delivered pretty quickly. \r

I was nervous at first as you may get new or used, but once it was delivered the equipment looked really good. It was used, but you couldn't really tell it so I was happily surprised by that. \r

The driver was extremely friendly and polite when he made the delivery. Had to move before I expected and so I only had the washer and dryer for about 10 months, but everything went really well and they worked with me on getting the pickup setup quickly. So I thought it was a good service.
