They take care of everything. They tell you to bring the car in and they call the rental car company for you, so you don't have to worry about anything. They are very friendly and make you feel comfortable going into the shop. You are not just a number.
Nice & Easy Auto Body replaced the back quarter panel on the driver's side of my truck and everything turned out nicely. My experience with them was just perfect.
