Nice & Easy Auto Body & Paint

I took my car here about 6 years ago. I was very pleased with the work. I returned to get my truck painted. Full paint job (not wreck repair). The job they performed on my truck is nothing less then perfect. Rigo (guy that helped me), was honest and helpful. He stayed in contact with me during the paint job. I bought a rollpan and shipped it to the shop. It was a bolt on, but they went the extra mile and molded it in! No extra charge for that. This is my second time at Nice & Easy. I had my Mazda's paint restored at their old location over ten years ago. They did an amazing job, so it was a no brainer, for me, to return with my Acura at their new location. Once again, they did not disappoint. The acura looked showroom brand new! My car went to Nice & Easy as part of an insurance repair. As I used the insurance company's express repair service, so I didn't choose the auto body shop. I am glad that I did because I hadn't heard of Nice and Easy and therefore would not have chosen them. I can not imagine that I could have selected a company that would have completed the repairs faster or been easier to work with. I was looking for something that I thought had been left in my car, when I called they encouraged me to come down and I would be allowed into the shop area to look in my car. Upon arrival, I was instantly greeted and escorted back to my car where I was allowed all the time I needed to look under the seats. While there, they updated me with the new estimated completion date, which was 3 to 5 days sooner than the insurance company had promised me. The car was delivered when they said it would be with flawless repair work done. I am very glad that I found Nice and Easy and not only would I recommend them, I will definitely use them in the future. more

My insurance company referred me to Nice & Easy Auto Body & Paint and this was my first experience using their service. It really was nice and easy, the easiest auto body experience I have ever had. They take care of everything. They tell you to bring the car in and they call the rental car company for you, so you don't have to worry about anything. They are very friendly and make you feel comfortable going into the shop. You are not just a number. Nice & Easy Auto Body replaced the back quarter panel on the driver's side of my truck and everything turned out nicely. My experience with them was just perfect. Rhonda Spaaps more
