I called to try and schedule an appointment for my puppy, who has a malformed leg, but the only appointments they offer are in the mornings. I'm a full-time working mother, who already had major surgery myself this year and have no more sick days. They don't offer weekend or evening appointments for working folks. I've called my primary vet for another referral. It was very sad knowing I couldn't get my puppy an appointment.
