The first time I went here, I had a horrible experience. First of all, you either pay $5 to self park or $10 to valet. That's kind of not fair. I had gone out for a little girls night with a couple other girls. We could not find a single table to sit at. All the dinner tables were reserved and the bar tables were all taken. After about an hour of standing, we finally managed to get a table. After about another hour, we finally got some water. After waiting for about 30 minutes and still no offer to take our food order, I had to ask the bartender to take our order. It was just horrible, horrible customer service. \r
Call me stupid, but I went a second time with my husband for a dinner date. I thougth making a reservation the second time around would be better. But after we were seated and waited for about 10 minutes, we experienced no help once again. No one came to offer us water or any drinks or take our order. On top of that, the music was blasting so loud, my husband and I could not even hear each other speak. It was only 8:30 and the DJ wanted the place to sound like a club while people were just walking in for dinner. I do not recommend Grooves,especially if you want to dine.
