Went to Weil Cleaners two weeks ago with a priceless handmade rug.Was told by the foreman that the rug maybe could be cleaned .He would call me and let me know if it could. I know Donnie Weil personally and he sent me word that he was busy .This was ok I understand that but these folks are unprofessional.I was astounded to find that they did not give a receipt for items given to them to be cleaned .Then two weeks have passed and I was told that the foreman and Donnie Weil looked my rug over and decided it could not be cleaned.I was never called and then when I called back they didn't know where my rug was nor if it was cleaned.I was told I could pick it up today and then they called me to tell me it was across town at the Lakeshore store and was not clean.Im extremely upset that my priceless rug has sat in their cleaners for two weeks and no one thought to even call me and let me know anything also that the owner whom I know personally never took the time to call me and let me know anything. I have a call into him right now but he isn't even calling me back.
How could these people make false advertising claims all these years and get away with it. They can't even clean a simple rug.Incredible they have made a living here in Monroe but I suppose there are no other cleaners here or maybe its just the fact the weight a name carries in a small town..Just shocking.. So unprofessional and poor poor service.If you use them ,good luck to you ..
