I ordered a bridesmaid dress at Town Shop. They took my measurements, and when the dress came in, it was enormous. I'm sure they ordered it big on purpose so that I would need to pay for alterations there. Not wanting to give them any more of my money, I took it to another tailor. She had to literally take inches off each side of the dress in order for it to fit properly. Very disappointed.
