This store has the absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced. The employees were unresponsive, rude, and had different answers to the same questions depending on who you were talking to. We were in the store two weeks ago and placed an order for furniture. Yesterday I was advised that despite my credit card being charged my order still had not been placed with vendors. Had employees at the store had sufficient product knowledge they wouldn't have allowed me to order something that couldn't be made. In my case, they did, then took two weeks to let me know. Instead of the customer always being right and recognizing they made a mistake by not effectively communicating, they chose to attack the buyer who was purchasing thousands of dollars of furniture from their store! I have since cancelled my order and purchased elsewhere. Being a new mom is a stressful enough time and there are so many equally adorable stores out there.
