I ordered a product from this store and was told the expected delivery time was 4-6 weeks, but after 8 weeks, no product had arrived. So, I contacted the store, and was told that they were waiting for a status update from the manufacturer and would get back to me. Finally, my order arrived two weeks or so later. When I looked at the invoice on my order, it was evident to me that Baby Coco actually ordered my product from the manufacturer on the same date that they told me that they were awaiting a status update on the order. While I don't know who lost the order, Baby Coco never acknowledged to me the error or apologized for the delay. While I might expect that kind of service from a Babies 'R Us, I expect more from a high end boutique store. All in all, I was not impressed.
