Artisanal is located in a random spot in Murray hill. It's a large restaurant with no soul. The food was not good. It was what I'd expect from cheap take out. Artisanal just charges insane prices (think union sq cafe or babbo) and offers horrible service for it. Avoid this place unless you want to feel at home if you're a tourist with a bad guide book.
Pros: wants to be balthazars which is a good goal but....
Cons: Mediocre food at best with bad service and ridiculous prices
