I have had a move-out cleaning scheduled with Ame's Cleaning for over 3 weeks. I even spoke with Ame herself a few days before the cleaning to confirm and speak about a few issues with my first cleaning with her company. The crew was supposed to show up at 8:00 to start cleaning and they did not show. Imagine my surprise to call the office and they are closed for the Memorial Day Holiday on the Thursday before. This should be an extremely busy time right before a holiday for any cleaning service so I don't understand how they can be closed.
