We were charged $1k for checking our sewer lines which were not checked and could not be checked, only the inside lines were checked which really did not address the concern for the call as a preventative maintenance call. However, we spoke the the service manager John Shivone and he agreed we didn't get what we paid for and agreed to credit us 1/2 the cost back which I thought was very reasonable. I still did get charged $500 for taking the toilet off and checking the inside lines, I realize there was some service done however, 2 hours of work at $500 does seem steep. I would check around if you have time with your issue if not talk to John he seems like a straight shooter and he was helpful to us and fair in this case.
