Requested copies of photos - took 1 full day - charged $15.00 for 3, 4x6 copies. - cropped all wrong and they refused to fix until I said I'd bring in a cop - they finally refunded my money but called me names, told me I was a liar, etc, etc.
This is a terrible place to do business. I went there because of convenient location on busy 86th St. Never again.
I then took my pictures to a Duane Reade, down the block, got my pictures in less than 5 minutes, cost under $1.00 for all three and perfectly reproduced.
Pros: Location
Cons: The staff is rude & quality of photos is bad & overpriced
