i went to this so called "premire" salon and spa and all i got was a head ache!!! the receptionist were so rude to me when i was making the appointment! i dont care if you are busy or just sitting there its you job to be nice and acomadating!then when i got there not only did i get attitude from them but the clothes they were wearing was very inappropriate!!! they looked like they belonged in a club not a place of work. the massage was the only good thing i got from st.cyr and the poor massage therapist vanessa has to deal with rude people booking her schedule! i left after getting a horrible haircut from one of there "experienced" stylists. when i told them i was unhappy they just said to call in a couple days!?! that is not a way to make customers happy! i ended up going somewhere else that i didnt have to pay as much and did a way better job!thanks for nothing
Cons: everything i wouldnt even give them a star!!
