I have two children, ages 12 and 16. I've had nothing but good experiences with the office staff and professional staff at I&C. It was a little difficult getting plugged in the first time. They like to do a well visit physical and exam and get records from the previous doctor before they start seeing your child so don't expect to get an appointment for a sick child they've never seen before. They've always been able to work my kids in the same day when they were sick!
