I had Boston Volkswagen do some work on my new car, during which some exterior damage was done inadvertently. Ronnie Sousa, the assistant service manager, took very good care of me and had the bodywork done, including a 3-day replacement car, at no charge. Of course I would have preferred not to have had the damage in the first place, but Ronnie and Boston VW did the right thing, made everything OK and kept me as a happy customer.
