A pool fence is a great addition and a must for anyone with young children. It is great not having to worry about the kids figuring out how to open the sliding glass door and getting out to the pool and having an accident. People need to take child drownings more seriously because they happen around the country all the time. It is a tragic way to lose a child, especially because it is 100% avoidable. \r

We too got the self-latching gate, which really eases my mind even more. I have no worries that the children can somehow get through this. And best of all, the pool fence is not an eye-sore, as one might think. It actually adds kind of an elegant touch to the pool area and I really like the way it looks. \r

As far as LifeFence themselves, they we're great. Their sales reps were able to help us make the decisions necessary to get our pool fence to us, ready to DIY install. Their instruction manuals/videos are very clear and concise and make instilling the poolfence yourself very simple.
