I called to get an estimate on removing two olive trees in my backyard and Kevin came by to take a look. Rather than trying to sell me on the project, he actually told me it was something i could do myself and that the project wouldn't justify the cost of sending a crew out to do the job. (He even showed me which branches to cut when i do it myself!) He was knowledgeable and honest and it was so refreshing to talk to someone who really does seem to have the customer's best interest in mind. We're going to tackle this project on our own this time, but will call Austin Tree Experts if we ever need anything else!
