My friends and I went to Cosmos for first time for latin night on thursday, ""The server"".. I'm sorry.. the order taker...took our order and for the second round of drinks, we asked her politely if the beers could be coulder. Her answer was:
Servers don't have control over it, there is nothing I can do about it. That is the bartender job, she was reaaly rude and offensive, every time she would pass by our table, she would give us a dirty look.
That woman doesn't deserve to be part of the hospitality industry, she should be fired.
The manager was polite, but didn't really give us a satisfactory answer to the issue.
If you ever go to that place ask for another server, before you ruin your night.
Pros: salsa lessons on thursday night at 10, unexpensive drinks
Cons: Julie was the rudest server ever
