Do not rent from SIBA. Save yourself! They are miserable people, specifically Mikki, the one (and apparently ONLY) person in charge. She does not, and will not, care about you as a tenant or even as a person. I have lived in many buildings in NYC over the past 20 years and have never, NEVER, dealt with anything as bad as this person at this company. At various times I have been lied to, hung up on, or just plain ignored. She does not listen to reason, to logic, or to anything resembling intelligence. She lies. She's rude. Miserable, unpleasant, dishonest... the list goes on and on. AVOID!
