I started coming here a few months ago. I have tried a million different types of workouts to get rid of my saddle bags. After doing about 20 private sessions, I can honestly say that I have a different body. Pilates is the only workout that has made me lean AND strong AND flexible. All the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable. The studio is squeaky clean and the front desk is so helpful. No more saddle bags. Just in time for the upcoming bikini season!
