This was the worst experience at a restaurant that I've ever had! We had the same tpye experience as another reviewer. We sat at the bar area and waited almost 20 min. for someone to come wait on us. I finally went to the bar and asked if anyone was waiting on our table and was rudely told by the bartender that someone would be there in a minute. Another 10 min. later we still had no service. I went back to the bar and asked again and was told they were in the middle of a shift change and someone would be there in a minute. He gave us menus and sent us back to our table. We finally had a waitress come to our table. When we tried to order food she told us we would have to move to another area b/c they didn't serve food after 4 pm. in that area. Now had they come to us when we first got there then we could have placed our order. We asked to see the manager. She was very rude so we then asked to see the owner. We tried explaining what happened and he tried to tell us that food was never served out there and that you had to come to the bar to get service. When I tried to tell him that I had asked the bartender 2 different times if we needed to come to the bar for service and we were told no, he didn't want to believe me. By the end of the ""conversation"" he was yelling at us and banging his hand on the table. After his ranting, he walked over to his staff and took a bow. I was absolutely mortified! I have never been talked to they way I was ""talked"" to by this man (if you can call him that). He has no clue how to run a business and I will do all I can to make sure everyone knows about my experience. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!
