my mother went in to get a glaze for her gray hair, no warning about any possibility of purple hair. well she got purple hair and was told to wash it but that she still had to pay for it. how stupid, she dosent like to make waves or confrontation, but a mistake this big needs to be heard!!! and they wont refund her what kind of business is this!!!!
