J butler is one of the best property management companies I have ever rented from PERIOD!
Quick story: I was moving from Texas and looking to settle outside Boston after school. After looking unsucessfully for a year a friend told me I should try J Butler for a change. AND CHANGE IT DID!!!
I had a place within my budget within 1 month and J butler even helped me move my stuff and arrange everythign for me.
Any bad review of this company is a joke because the are far better than anyone out there nad I would recommend anyone to try renting from one of their properties.
When I move to a new house I will only use J Butler!!!
