Maybe someone should contact the city inspectors and fire marshalls on this issue? Sounds like the owner is getting greedy and doesn't care about customer safety. The arcade and booths are run down and nasty already. I can only imagine how this basement thing is going to look. They can't even keep the booths clean as it is. It will be a matter of time before the city gets wind of this basement thing and hopefully pay them a surprise inspection.
