I wish I had read this review of Segelin's before I ordered the most expensive bouquet I have ever ordered for a friend. Like the other person, I never received an email confirmation. And life the other person, when my friend wasn't home on the Saturday they tried, they left a note on the door but didn't tell me they were just going to hold onto the flowers for 2 days until they reopened for business on Monday. \r

Apparently their policy is to only give the driver the recipient's number. The florist should have called me--I could have told them what to do and avoided having a 100$ bouquet sit around for 2 days wilting unnecessarily.
