It is now 1:55 on the day of my appointment. I would have left in one hour to go to my consult. I just got a phone call canceling because of overbooking. I made this appointment over a week ago. My schedule is very tight because I have a child who is special needs. I was disrespected, insulted and told I was being unreasonable. \r

Of course I am upset and being told "that's the nature of this business" does not cut it for me. I am expected to be on time for my appointment, why isn't the same expected of Tattoolicious? I was also told "well, it's just a consult." A consult was what was recommended to me by their staff. Couldn't they have called any sooner than two hours before my appointment? I see that they treat their customers with money in hand better than any future clients. \r

I was prepared to come in, talk about my tattoo and make any deposit necessary. I have friends who were planning on getting tattoos from you guys whom I will discourage from seeing Tattoolicious.\r
