I am very displeased on many levels with AmFam. I just purchased a house and after being with AmFam for many many years - they didn't want to give me a home policy quote. But the more serious complaint I have - they paid some medical bills towards my car insurance policy that wasn't car accident related. I never received a call back after many attempts to see why they did this. My employer sent these bills to them and they paid them - without any concern that it is my policy, for my car insurance. Why would they pay bills that had nothing to do with a car accident and never a courtesy call back. Shame on AmFam and I see how you value your clients. As long as we pay you that's all you care about. Well, you did me a favor and now I'm with a company I hope I can depend on.
