Two of the reviews on this site are close friends of Larry Stiltner. Tim E., and Larry have been cutting eachother breaks for years however who wouldn't help promote their best friend whether true or not, and Robyn being Tim E.'s girlfriend would do anything to support her other half. Point is you can NOT trust a thing this man says! Due to past experiances I would NOT take verbal confirmation of coverages if you are insured with him, get it in writing and if he says its in the contract, have him show you where and highlight it! Mr. Stiltner's business practices are less than honorable! more

It's so nice to find someone who says the truth and does what he says he will do. Larry lives and works in the small town of Monument. People who live in small towns know that news travels fast....especially bad news. I am very displeased on many levels with AmFam. I just purchased a house and after being with AmFam for many many years - they didn't want to give me a home policy quote. But the more serious complaint I have - they paid some medical bills towards my car insurance policy that wasn't car accident related. I never received a call back after many attempts to see why they did this. My employer sent these bills to them and they paid them - without any concern that it is my policy, for my car insurance. Why would they pay bills that had nothing to do with a car accident and never a courtesy call back. Shame on AmFam and I see how you value your clients. As long as we pay you that's all you care about. Well, you did me a favor and now I'm with a company I hope I can depend on. more
