What a rip off. I picked up a car on Monday - wanted a sub compact but of course they didn't have any in stock so I had to go with the higher priced mid class option. I tried to return the car the following Saturday only to be told they close at noon and aren't open on Sunday. They had not key drop box so I was stuck keeping the car until Monday. I called Monday around 2:00 to ask what the total would be. When I returned the car at 6:00 pm that evening the total cost was more than I was told when I called at 2 pm the same day. When I asked why they said because I returned it at the end of the day so I was charged for another full day. What a rip off this place was.
