I bought a groupon for Britesmile back in December. Up until now I have still been unable to schedule an appointment with Britesmile because they accommodate very few Groupon buyers a week. Not to mention that the receptionist scheduled an appointment for me that mysteriously disappeared from the books the next week (even though I called to confirm twice). They then told me that they could not accommodate me for another month!
The other receptionist I spoke to was extremely apathetic and would not give me the name of the receptionist I had previously spoken to and was even hesitant to give me her manager's name and phone number. Horrible business!
