company was recommended by warranty repair. Frank and Tyler came out promptly, diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. Used them a second time about a year later (6 months) ago. Said they would be out within the hour, called and said would be late, and then showed up about 2 hours later. Diagnosed the problem, went and picked up the part and repaired the washer. All was good. Called them again on Feb. 12, said they would be out later that day. Diagnosed the problem as a broken control board, called the supply company and said it would be 179.00 for the part but it was a special order only and would need to be paid for up front. Since I had done business with them before and did not have a ny problems with them, Like A Fool, I gave him the money. He said it would be three days. One week later I called and got no answer. Another week went by and he finally answered. Said grandma died and he would be out on Monday. NO SUCH LUCK. Still have not gotten a hold of him. Now goes by Sooner Appliance. 227-6194
