Tinetti Realty does not give back but a few cents on their renters security deposit, even if the apartment/home is left clean and in good condition. Tinetti tries to find every reason in the book not to give your deposit back. They will even charge for wear and tear which is against the law, they even charge for the paint brushes they use to repaint even though the law clearly states that they cannot take out for painting, out of your deposit. TINETTI REALTY CLEARLY VIOLATES CALIFORNIA STATE LAW WITH RENTERS DEPOSITS!... DO NOT RENT FROM TRG!
