It is a nightmare to be with Tinetti as a property manager for me. They either ignore your request or slow in response. The tenants they find for you are either bad in credit or not enough income. So you end up collecting no rent and paying repair charge and monthly management fee. They can also over charge you without notifying you. Unless you like to get into trouble, you better stay away from them. Very very unpleasant experience. more

Property Management? Is it really? 1/11/2011

As a property manager for many years, I have not seen such an unsatisfactory work from Tinetti Realty. Robert Diers was the property manager at the time. Property managers are suppose to collect rent and manage the repairs within each property. Although the contract did indicate a cap of $150 for repairs, otherwise the owner must be notified. I received the invoices month over month and there were 15 line items of charges of $149 per month. This zeroed out rent and deposit each month and I ended up without rent payment. more

TINETTI REALLTY RENTALS VIOLATES CA LAWS!! 3/18/2010

Tinetti Realty does not give back but a few cents on their renters security deposit, even if the apartment/home is left clean and in good condition. Tinetti tries to find every reason in the book not to give your deposit back. They will even charge for wear and tear which is against the law, they even charge for the paint brushes they use to repaint even though the law clearly states that they cannot take out for painting, out of your deposit. TINETTI REALTY CLEARLY VIOLATES CALIFORNIA STATE LAW WITH RENTERS DEPOSITS!... DO NOT RENT FROM TRG! Pros: CROOKED COMPANY!! Cons: STAY AWAYFROM-RENT AT YOUR OWN PERIL!! more
