I have read these reviews and really don't know what management company they are referring to. I have lived in Signature Investment Realty's apartments for four years and do not have one complaint. They are extremely professional and if I have a maintenance issue they are out that day or the next. All there units are beautiful and in great area's. I would recommend this company to everyone looking for a place to live, you won't regret it. I guess three (3) bad reviews aren't bad since Signature Investment Realty has over four hundred (400) units.
